Law enforcement officials, investigating the matter, suspect the use of an improvised explosive device (IED) equipped with a timer. Surveillance footage captured a suspect placing a bag inside the cafe, prompting the Bengaluru Police to take swift action. A case has been registered under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Explosives Substances Act, signaling a commitment to thorough investigation and justice.
